These Terms govern your use of National Cleaning Directory, a directory service and platform owned and operated by 16553931 CANADA INC.. National Cleaning Directory is the service brand, and 16553931 CANADA INC. is the operating and contracting entity. By using the directory, creating an account, claiming a listing or submitting content, you agree to these Terms.

Directory purpose

The directory helps users discover cleaning and property-service businesses and allows eligible representatives to manage profiles. A verified badge confirms an approved ownership or authorized-management claim; it is not a guarantee, certification or endorsement of licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, safety or suitability.

Accounts and listing claims

You must provide accurate information and may claim or edit a listing only if you are authorized to represent that business. We may request additional verification, reject a claim, correct a listing or revoke access when information is inaccurate, disputed or potentially fraudulent.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

National Cleaning Directory, operated by 16553931 CANADA INC., may send service/support SMS messages only with the recipient’s optional consent. Promotional or marketing SMS messages require separate consent.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Owner content

You retain ownership of logos, photographs, articles and other content you submit. You grant 16553931 CANADA INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote National Cleaning Directory and your listing.

Acceptable use

You may not impersonate a business, submit false or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the directory to send unlawful or abusive communications.

Inquiries and third-party businesses

The directory may record and route inquiries to listed businesses. 16553931 CANADA INC. is not a party to any resulting conversation, quote, contract, payment or service. Users remain responsible for evaluating businesses.

Plans and promotions

Features may vary by plan. Promotional access may be limited, modified or discontinued as stated in the offer. Pricing and billing terms for any paid plan will be presented before purchase.

Intellectual property

The directory software, design, branding, compilation and original site content are owned by or licensed to 16553931 CANADA INC. Business names, logos and owner content remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The directory is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 16553931 CANADA INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or disputes between users and listed businesses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
