National Cleaning Directory is the service brand. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse the directory, claim or manage a listing, submit an inquiry, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Account and claim information, including your name, email address, business role, company website and verification details.
• Business-profile information, including contact details, hours, service areas, descriptions, logos, photographs and articles.
• Inquiry information, including your name, email address, optional telephone number and message.
• Optional SMS consent choices, consent timestamp, source and opt-out status.
• Basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.

Business information may come from business owners, public sources or licensed business-lead data. Owners may claim a listing and request corrections.

How we use information

• Operate, secure and improve the directory.
• Provide listing verification, account support, customer service and directory communications.
• Authenticate users, review claims and connect approved owners to listings.
• Publish and maintain business profiles and owner-submitted content.
• Record, route and manage inquiries and measure listing activity.

SMS and mobile communications

We may collect a mobile number when a business owner claims a listing, requests verification, updates an owner profile, contacts National Cleaning Directory, submits an inquiry, or voluntarily provides a number. Service/support SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are optional and recorded separately. We may use mobile information for listing verification, account or profile updates, inquiry follow-up, customer support and directory-related notifications. Promotional or marketing text messages are sent only where the recipient has separately opted in.
